With regards my recent consultations with Dr Patel. Very satisfied with the care that was provided. Relaxed manner in which the issues were explained and thorough understanding of the procedures to rectify the condition. Throughout these exchanges Dr Patel was very welcoming and clear in his advice. Even taking time to understand personal background e.g. work, interests. Would highly recommend his very professional medical support and expertise and would thank him personally for this.

I personally like to get more empathetic care from doctors, especially when going to private healthcare. I felt like conversations were quite rushed and matter of fact. I’m sure the feedback was the only information available to me but I feel like a bit of empathy and time to talk through would have been a better experience.
